MAPLE GROVE ARBOR SUBCOMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES REMOTE ONLINE MEETING April 7th, 2021 – 2:00 PM Call to Order The special meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by Member Marilyn Arnlund at 2:30 p.m. Members Present Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Note: the meeting was called to order late due to Minutes technical issues getting the online meeting started Marilyn Arnlund made a motion to approve the agenda of the April 7th meeting. The motion was seconded by Don Varney and passed unanimously on a voice vote. Marilyn Arnlund made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 16th meeting. The motion was seconded by Don Varney and passed unanimously on a voice vote. Old Business Continue to identify Subcommittee members continued review of a commonalities between commonalities spreadsheet whose purpose is to numerous Reference document in one place, key technical guidelines and Documents/Guidelines recommendations from numerous reference documents that will be considered for inclusion in Landscape Ordinance updates. Members are updating this document offline (outside of meetings) so time was spent reviewing the status of the updates. Members also worked through some logistical and format issues with the update process. New Business None Next Meeting Continue review of updates to the commonalities spreadsheet. Adjournment Don Varney moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Sarah Piket and passed unanimously on a voice vote.
