MAPLE GROVE ARBOR SUBCOMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES REMOTE ONLINE MEETING May 26th, 2021 - 10: 00 AM (reschedule of 5/25/ 21 2: 00 PM mtg) Call to Order The special meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by Member Sarah Piket at 10:00 a.m. Members Present Don Varney, Marilyn Arnlund Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Sarah Piket made a motion to approve the agenda of Minutes the May 26th meeting. The motion was seconded by Don Varney and passed unanimously on a voice vote. Sarah Piket made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 5th meeting. The motion was seconded by Marilyn Arnlund and passed unanimously on a voice vote. Old Business Continue to identify Subcommittee members gave updates on progress commonalities between made on the commonalities spreadsheet ( whose numerous Reference purpose is to document key technical guidelines from Documents/ Guidelines numerous reference documents). There was a fair bit of discussion regarding the reference documents as there are multiple versions of some and so ambiguity around which specific documents were being reviewed was cleared up. New Business June and July meeting Subcommittee members identified the following dates schedule times for upcoming meetings: Monday, June 28th, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday, July 19th, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Discuss possible Subcommittee determined that it was premature to improvements to inspections discuss possible changes until details are known process regarding proposed ordinance changes (which could affect the inspections process) Next Meeting Give progress updates on commonalities spreadsheet. Adjournment Sarah Piket moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Marilyn Arnlund and passed Arbor Subcommittee Meeting Minutes May 26, 2021 Page 2 unanimously on a voice vote.
