NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM MARBLE FALLS, TEXAS Thursday, August 13, 2015 – 6:00 pm Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 551.041 of the Texas Government Code that some members of the Marble Falls City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, Economic Development Corporation, Parks and Recreation Commission, Hotel Motel Tax Advisory Committee, Capital Improvement Plan Committee, Impact Fee Advisory Committee, Ethics Review Commission, and the TIRZ Board #1 may be attending an Open House Meeting/Public Workshop on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 6:00 pm located at the Lakeside Pavilion , 307 Buena Vista Drive, Marble Falls, TX. Although a majority of the above city boards and commissions/EDC may be present and City/EDC business may be discussed, there will be no action taken on any matters in this open meeting by the boards and commissions/EDC and no record will be made or kept. Open House Meeting/ Public Workshop regarding the Marble Falls Comprehensive Plan Update.
