(2) ROLL CALL Present: 5- Vice-Chair Connelly, Member Homuth, Member Nesmith, Member Watts and Chair Leaser Absent: 2- Member Kramer and Member McDonald (Note: Member Nesmith participated via telephone. Member McDonald participated via telephone approximately at 3:52 PM.) Also Present City Staff: Justin Martin, P.E., Director of Public Works Joan Taylor, City Clerk Councilor Blonna Councilor Irwin Tara Kosieracki, Administrative/Project Coordinator Martin Luna, Audio Video Technician (Note: Councilor Irwin participated via telephone at 3:06 PM, then she arrived onsite at 4:11 PM.) (3) BUSINESS - GOAL AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FOR FY 2024 ID 23-3046 The Beautification Advisory Committee Workshop Presentation Materials are provided by Councilor Rich Blonna. The Committee stated goals and objectives identified in a previous Meeting held on August 4, 2021. PROPOSED AGENDA TOPICS FOR NEXT MEETING The following topic was raised for the next Meeting: 1. The Committee will review the goals and objectives that they currently have, and look at them against the resolutions. (4) PUBLIC COMMENT None.
