FY 2016 Budget Presentation ID 15 -268 FY 2016 Governmental and Enterprise Funds Budget Workshop Finance Director Guilermo Polanco provided a nine month fiscal year 2015 update for the General Fund and Water & Sewer Operations. In addition, he presented the current budget request add-on list for the fiscal year 2016, which City Council approved for inclusion in the budget. MEETING WENT INTO RECESS AT 2:38 P.M. Proposal from the Greater Marco Family YMCA to Manage the City of Marco Island’s Racquet Center ID 15 -262 Proposal from the Greater Marco Island YMCA to manage the City’s Racquet Center City Council concurred to pass this item along to the Parks and Recreation Committee for review. City of Marco Island Street Lighting Program ID 15 -258 City of Marco Island Street Lighting Program City Council declined this item, with the exception of reusing the forty-two lights in storage for installation on San Marco Road from Vintage Bay to Goodland Road. D. Request for Proposal to furnish and install Light Emitting Diode (LED) Retrofit Lamps in Existing Streetlights ID 15 -260 Request for Proposal to furnish and install Light Emitting Diode (LED) Retrofit Lamps in Existing Streetlights. City Council took no action on this item. E. Smokehouse Bay Bridge Landscaping ID 15 -259 Smokehouse Bay Bridge Landscaping City Council was in agreement to combine the direct purchase of materials and put the installation of landscaping out for bid. 4.
