Roll Call Present: 4- Councilor Reed, Councilor Honig, Councilor Grifoni and Vice-Chair Rios Absent: 3- Chair Brechnitz, Councilor Young and Councilor Roman Also Present Michael McNees, City Manager Laura Litzan, City Clerk Mike Murphy, Fire Chief Daniel Smith, Community Affairs Director Tim Pinter, Public Works Director Jeff Poteet, Water & Sewer General manager Jose Duran, Information Technology Manager Lisa Smith, Recording Clerk 3. Business ID 19-494 Prioritization of Funding Requests for the Collier County State Legislative Delegation Lobbyist Ron Book provided an overview of issues impacting the upcoming legislative session. He provided suggestions for formatting the funding requests and respnded to Council's questions. Council thanked Mr. Book for his guidance and support. Councilors expressed their opposition to any further action reagarding the Isles of Capri Sanitary Sewer Collection System Design project without significant additional review and stakeholder input. They agreed by consensus to remove this item from consideration. MOTION by Councilor Grifoni, seconded by Councilor Honig, that the following projects will be submitted as legislative priorities: Public Works San Marco Road Tide Leveling Project, Fire Station 50 Project, Parks & Recreation Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FDRAP) Grant for Veterans' Community Park, and the Water Testing Project. MOTION CARRIED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: Yes: 4- Councilor Reed, Councilor Honig, Councilor Grifoni and Vice-Chair Rios Not Present: 3- Chair Brechnitz, Councilor Young and Councilor Roman 4.
