In anticipation of Mr. Book and Ms. Brown's arrival at 4:34 P.M., Chair Brechnitz briefly outlined the process for engaging with the Council's guests for all present. City Staff: Michael McNees, City Manager Casey Lucius, Assistant City Manager Mike Sheffield, City Clerk Alan L. Gabriel, City Attorney Tracy Frazzano, Police Chief (arrived at 4:37 P.M.) Chris Byrne, Fire Chief Daniel J. Smith, Community Affairs Director (arrived at 4:33 P.M.) Jose Duran, Information Technology Director Martin Luna, Video/Broadcast Technician Jim Kornas, Recording Specialist Citizens and Visitors 2. Roll Call Present: 7- Councilor Babrowski, Councilor Blonna, Councilor Folley, Vice-Chair Grifoni, Councilor Irwin, Councilor Rola and Chair Brechnitz 3. Business - Legislative Priorities - Lobbyist Ronald L. Book, P.A. Florida Legislative Lobbyist Ron Book provided his perspective and outlook on emerging issues coming before the Florida Legislature for its 2022 - 2023 session, and he engaged in dialogue with members of the Council in identifying and recommending legislative priorities for the City to pursue and endorse. 4. Citizens' Comments No members of the public came forward to offer comment. 5.
