ID 23-2978 RESOLUTION - Site Development Plan (SDP-22-000289) to construct a 9,000 square foot building at property located at 800 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145 Sherry Kirsch read into the record the resolution title. This is a proposal for a new w 9,000 square foot building located at 800 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, to be attached to the existing building located at 790 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Planning Board Attorney Alan Gabriel swore in all witnesses and the Board Members provided their ex-parte communications. Daniel Smith presented the project and answered the Board Member's questions and concerns. Bob Mulhere of, Hole Montes, A Bowman Company presented some information and answered the Board Member's questions and concerns. MOTION by Member Fahringer, seconded by Member Hogan, to Approve with findings and conditions Site Development Plan (SDP-22-000289) to construct a 9,000 square foot building at property located at 800 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145. (3). c., Sec. 30-441. (g). and Sec. 30-485. (d) of the Land Development Code for the property located at 790 and 800 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145 Sherry Kirsch read into the record the resolution title. MOTION by Vice Chair Rivera, seconded by Member Fahringer, to Approve with findings and conditions Variance Petition request (VP-23-000181) to Sec.30-245. (3). c., Sec. 30-441. (g). and Sec. 30-485. (d) of the Land Development Code for the property located at 790 and 800 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145.
