. City of Margaret April 8, 2021 5:00 P.M. In attendance: Councilman Ray, Councilman Carter, Councilman Chapman, Matthew Tortorice, Mayor Pro-Tem McIntyre, and Mayor Wilson Absent: Subject: Moseley Land Mayor Wilson called Meeting to order Discussion Mayor Wilson informed the Council negotiation to purchase the land from the Mr. Moseley and his wife Joanne for $115,000.00 did not go thru. Councilman Tortorice informed the Council that the land was platted as 9 individual lots with each having a value of $18,000.00. Mayor Wilson talked to Mr. Moseley and he is firm on the $125,000.00 with no closing cost and the City of Margaret will have to probate the land. Mayor Pro- Tem McIntyre made the Motion to purchase the land from Mr. Moseley and his wife Joanne Moseley in the amount of $125,000.00 for all 9 platted lots. The Motion was seconded by Councilman Ray. Motion passed unanimously. Councilman Chapman made the Motion to adjourn. Councilman Ray seconded the Motion.
