In attendance: Councilman James Chapman, Councilman Darius Crump, Councilman Matthew Tortorice, and Mayor Pro-Tem Daryl McIntyre, Absent: Councilman Jonathan Ray and Mayor Isaac Howard Prayer: Mr. Barker Subject: Streaming and recording rules and regulations for the meetings within the governmental structure of the City of Margaret Meeting called to order Discussion: The City Clerk informed the Council that it can stream council meetings live on the city’s website. The Council needs to discuss which platform to use. Councilman Tortorice discussed his rights to tape. Councilman Crump moved to allow the city to purchase or use the equipment if it is in possession of the city. Councilman Matthew Tortorice informed the Council of the need to suspend the rules. Councilman Darius Crump moved to suspend the rules to consider live- streaming the meetings. The Motion died without a second. Chief Anthony Fields addressed the Council concerning media posting. Councilman Darius Crump moved to adjourn. Councilman James Chapman seconded the Motion. The Motion is passed with one no and three yeses.
