In attendance: Councilwoman Sandra Cook, Councilman Jonathan Ray, Councilman Matthew Tortorice, and Mayor Daryl McIntyre Absent: Councilman Darius Crump and Mayor Pro-Tem James Chapman Subject: Fire Truck Purchase / St. Clair Co Mitigation Resolution Mayor called the Meeting to order Discussion: Councilman Jonathan Ray moved to purchase a fire truck from the City’s General Fund for $603,051.00. Councilwoman Sandra Cook seconded the Motion. Councilman Jonathan Ray amended his Motion. He moved to purchase the Fire truck for $603,051.00 in installments at 5.3 % interest for ten years, with a yearly payment of $79,409.54. Councilman Matthew seconded the Motion. The Motion passed unanimously. Councilman Jonathan Ray moved to adjust our current mitigation plan per the St. Clair County Mitigation Plan.
