AND THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE TO THE EMERGENCY HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EHEAP) FUNDS; PROVIDING FOR CHANGES TO OFFICIAL PAYEE AND REPRESENTATIVES. All representations made in front of this Board in the granting of any permit shall be deemed a condition of said permit.
