permit shall be deemed a condition of the granting of the permit. Should any representation be false or should said
representation not be continued as represented, same shall be deemed a violation of the permit and a violation of
this section.

This meeting shall be held in accordance with City of Margate Resolution 20-028.
On September 30, 2020, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-246, extending Executive Order 20-69, as
extended by Executive Orders 20-112, 20-123, 20-139, 20-150 and amended by Executive Orders 20-179 and
20-193, until 12:01 a.m. November 1, 2020.
Consistent with the authority contained in the Governor’s Executive Orders, and in order to ensure the health,
safety, and welfare of the City of Margate’s residents and employees, the City of Margate finds that it is in the best
interest of the City of Margate to hold this virtual public meeting.
