Reported Marketing: Information Technology (IT): Water & Sewer: 20170249 Home Rebuild Over Existing Sewer Main/ 234 N. Forest Avenue Guidance on handling of home rebuild over a sewer main at 234 N. Forest Avenue. Existing home which is set for demolition sits over a 12-inch sewer main, approximately 3 feet deep, with heavy flows. CCTV indicates the main is in reasonably good condition. Motion to decline entering into a Hold Harmless Agreement with the property owner of 234 N Forest Avenue related to the 12-inch sewer main under the structure(s) on the property. The motion was made by Board member Wilson, seconded by Board member Lee, that this matter be Approved. A motion was made by Board member Coyle, seconded by Board member Summerour, that this matter be Approved.
