Further, the master agreement shall be subject to the open records act. The motion was made by Board member Summerour, seconded by Board member Lee, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved Information Technology (IT): Water & Sewer: 20210850 Surplus Abandoned Well Properties Discussion and guidance from the Board on best way to handle 750 square feet of surplus abandoned well property lying within the 67 Trammell Street owner’s property. And recommendation for handling remaining abandoned wells around the city that have not already been sold and/or deeded over to the property owner. Discussion should include legal documents that apply to these transactions, such as Hold Harmless Agreement, Quit Claim Deed, payment, etc. Motion to authorize staff to proceed with the abandonment of the 750 square feet of surplus abandoned well property lying within the 67 Trammell Street owner’s property, including the legal documents that apply to these transactions, such as Hold Harmless Agreement, Quit Claim Deed, payment, etc. Further, the Board recommends that the City join in the transaction and convey a Quit Claim Deed to ensure a clear title on the well property. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 6 – 1 – 0 Approved Voting Against: Mike Wilson 20210863 Revision of Private Well Ordinance Board consideration for recommending to City Council the revision of Ordinance 6-24-100 relative to private wells. Motion to approve a recommendation to City Council to approve proposed revisions of Ordinance 6-24-100 relative to private wells. The motion was made by Board member Coyle, seconded by Board member Lee, that this matter be Approved.
