Motion to award a construction contract to Caldwell Tanks, Inc. in the amount of $5,374,000.00 for the Sugar Hill Tank Replacement project. Contingent upon Council approval of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund allocation. The motion was made by Board member Lee, seconded by Board member Coyle, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved 20220571 Maxwell Avenue Sewer Relocation Project/ Contract Award Consideration for approval to award contract. Motion authorizing the award of the construction contract for the Maxwell Avenue Sewer Main Replacement Project to a qualified contractor, not to exceed $500,000. The motion was made by Board member Summerour, seconded by Board member Coyle, that this matter be Approved.
