Motion to approve the award of a construction contract to The Renne Group, Inc. in the amount of $3,369,890 for the FY23 Sewer System Improvements Project. The motion was made by Board member Coyle, seconded by Board member Lee, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved 20220893 Variance Request/ Sewer Easement Encroachment Consideration for approval of a variance request to the Easement Encroachments Policy No. 5.11 for sewer encroachment at 733 Washington. Motion to approve a variance request to the Easement Encroachments Policy No. 5.11 for sewer encroachment at 733 Washington Avenue provided the property owner sign the standard Hold Harmless Agreement and Sewer Easement document. The motion was made by Board member Lee, seconded by Board member Summerour, that this matter be Approved.
