A motion was made by Board member Wilson, seconded by Board member Coyle, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 3 0 0 Approved BUSINESS: 20230206 General Fund Transfer Discussion and any necessary action regarding the General Fund Transfer. Finance Director, Sam Lady, presented information related to the general fund transfer. Motion to approve a recommendation to the full Board to approve the FY24 General Fund transfer in the amount of $14,678,368. The motion was made by Board member Coyle, seconded by Council member Lee, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 3 – 0 – 0 Approved 20230217 April Committee Meeting Consideration for calling a Budget/ Rates Committee meeting prior to the April 10 Board meeting to review a draft of the planned FY24 BLW Budget. Committee Chairman Lee called a Budget/ Rates Committee meeting prior to the April 10 BLW meeting at 11am.
