Motion for recommendation to the City Council to approval a contract between the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG) and the City of Marietta/BLW for building substation to serve this new customer. The motion was made by Board member Coyle, seconded by Board member Summerour, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 6 – 0 – 0 Approved 20240563 Payment Agreement - City of Marietta/BLW & Vantage Data Centers GA21, LLC Consideration for Board approval of the payment agreement between the City of Marietta/BLW and Vantage Data Centers GA21, LLC. Motion for the Board to approve the payment agreement between Vantage Data Centers GA21, LLC & the City of Marietta/BLW. The motion was made by Board member Waldrep, seconded by Board member Torras, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 6 – 0 – 0 Approved 20240522 Marietta High School Marketing Agreement Discussion and consideration for approval to continue to sponsor the Marietta High School marketing agreement this year. Motion to sponsor the Marietta High School marketing agreement. The motion was made by Board member Summerour, seconded by Board member Coyle, that this matter be Approved.
