A motion was made by Board member Summerour, seconded by Board member Torras, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote. Vote: 3 – 0 – 0 Approved BUSINESS: 20241137 Fiscal Year 2024 MBLW Audit Review of the Fiscal Year 2024 Audit for the Marietta Board of Lights and Water. Acting Finance Director Patina Brown presented information related to the FY2024 audit. Discussion was held and there was general agreement to recommend approval the FY2024 Audit to the full Board. Motion to accept the FY2024 Audit and recommend approval to the full Board.
