Exhibit A of the revised IPS updates the plan’s investment options, and establishes age appropriate target date funds as the Qualified Default Investment Alternatives (QDIA) instead of the guaranteed fixed income option. Variance to allow nonconforming sign remain after redevelopment of the site. Ward 7A. * 20160939 ChalktoberFest Street Closure Addendum 2 Motion to approve a request by the Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art to amend previously approved street closures for the ChalktoberFest event to be held the weekend of October 8th and 9th, specifically, the closure of Church Street from Hansell Street to the intersection of N. Park/W. Park and Mill Street, and Mill Street to the entrance to the parking lot on Friday, October 7th at 7:30 pm until 8 pm on October 9th for the purpose of hosting the event. These closures will be conducted in such a manner as no cooperate with the Farmer’s Market for the use of Mill Street Saturday and Sunday. The Artist’s Market will relocate to Cherokee Street. Council member Goldstein disclosed that he is a member of the Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art.
