Steve Tumlin called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. MINUTES: 20200271 Meeting Minutes - March 11, 2020 Review and approval of the March 11, 2020 meeting minutes. A motion was made by Council member Kelly, seconded by Council member Goldstein, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved BUSINESS: 20200303 BLW Report Council Member Andy Morris gives the Board of Lights and Water (BLW) report for the meeting held on Monday, April 6, 2020. This matter was added to the Council consent agenda, with Council member Goldstein opposed to BLW agenda item 20200273 related to natural gas. Discussion was held regarding the Council Agenda. Any changes would be announced during the Consent Agenda. Discussed 20200300 Executive Session Executive Session to discuss legal, personnel, and/or real estate matters. A motion was made in open session by Council member Richardson, seconded by Council member Goldstein, to enter an Executive Session to discuss real estate acquisition. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved Council member Richardson disclosed a conflict of interest and left the council chamber prior to the discussion. The Executive Session was held. A motion was made in open session by Council member Chalfant, seconded by Council member Kelly, to exit the Executive Session. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 6 – 0 – 0 Approved Absent for the vote: Cheryl Richardson A motion was made in open session by Council member Kelly, seconded by Council member Chalfant, to enter an Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
