Steve Tumlin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. MINUTES: 20210912 Meeting Minutes – October 13, 2021 Review and approval of the October 13, 2021 meeting minutes. A motion was made by Council member Kelly, seconded by Council member Goldstein, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 6 – 0 – 0 Approved Absent for the vote: Reggie Copeland BUSINESS: 20210959 City Council Agenda Review To review the City Council Agenda for November 10, 2021. Discussion was held regarding the Council Agenda. Any changes would be announced during the Consent Agenda. Discussed 20210960 Executive Session Executive Session to discuss legal, personnel, and/or real estate matters.
