(Andy) Morris gives the Board of Lights and Water (BLW) report for the meeting held on Monday, August 10, 2015. 20150627 Alcohol Ordinance Discussion regarding a proposed change to the city alcohol-licensing ordinance being requested by some local merchants. Council member Goldstein disclosed that the Marietta Wine Market and/or its owners (Karen and/or Randell Heard) are tenants of his at 14, 16 and 18 Powder Springs Street. Any changes to the ordinance will affect all businesses that are similarly situated.
