Grogan Community Center Lease Motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Marietta and the Marietta Development Authority for the Marietta Police Athletic League for space located in the Hugh L. Grogan Community Center. 20220962 Marietta Conference Center and Resort Motion to approve the request by Marietta Leasehold, L.P. to assign its interest in the Marietta Conference Center and Resort Lease to a new entity entitled Ashford TRS Marietta, LLC. City of Marietta Page 1 Printed on 11/4/2022 1:44:20PM CITY COUNCIL AGENDA WORK Meeting Agenda November 7, 2022 SESSION 20220903 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Requesting that the $3 million in Recovery Funds be divided between all (7) Wards - $400K each. 20220924 ARPA Available Funds Motion to expend up to $2,000,000.00 for purchase and development in our Parks system for two health driven, family-oriented parks to consider, but not limited to, youth oriented activities, walking, biking, “Pickle ball”, pavilions, skate board parks, and possibly a small splash pad. Limited lighted areas and efforts to put in activities that are not in our other parks. Said funds shall be equally divided between: a.) In the Burnt Hickory and Anderson Road area and b.) the enhanced conversion of the Wallace Road compost area to a Park.
