Goldstein, Ward 7 Monday, July 21, 2014 5:30 PM Council Chamber CALL TO ORDER: BUSINESS: 20140828 2016 SPLOST Intergovernmental Agreement Motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement for the use and distribution of proceeds from the 2016 Special Purpose local option sales tax, with the understanding that the total distribution to the City will be appropriated as shown in exhibit B (estimated disbursement schedule projections 6/24/14) estimated to be 58,353,902, and that the countywide projects will total 38,862,220. Furthermore, the City Tier 1 list as approved remains in place with review of Tier 2 and the correction of a scrivener’s error on one of the Tier 2 allocations as noted after the previous approval.
