See Note 1 and Note 2 below: Note 1: Regarding this agenda item, if an elected official files a Notice of Intent to Make a Motion to Rescind, the vote on such motion would be by a majority vote. If a Notice of Intent to Make a Motion to Rescind is not filed prior to the meeting, the vote to pass same shall be by a 2/3 vote. The form to be signed, if desired, is attached and shall be filed with the City Clerk. Note 2: If the Motion to Rescind passes, Agenda item # 20181394 would be eligible for consideration by the Mayor and Council. If the Motion to Rescind does not pass, the vote on Item 3 could not take place. 20181394 Attorney’s Fees Motion to approve a request for payment of attorney’s fees on behalf of Councilman Reggie Copeland related to an ethics complaint filed against Councilman Copeland and dismissed by the Ethics Committee. The amount of such fees shall be in the amount of $3,763.50.
