To reduce the driveway length to no less than 13’ for Lot 23 instead of Lot 25, as stipulated and approved on the detailed plan. 2. To allow the existing wood and black, vinyl-coated chain link fence remain rather than the decorative 6’ tall wrought iron fence called for on the approved detailed plan.
