Where appropriate the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to consider appointment of a hearing officer with experience in the Municipal Court of the City of Marietta and are otherwise familiar with the processes therein. Further, such hearings shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City of Marietta. 20240643 Marietta City Schools Millage Rate Resolution adopting and accepting the fiscal year 2025 property tax maintenance and operations levy of 17.970 mills for the Marietta City School System. 20240644 Ordinance for Final Adoption for FY2025 Ad Valorem Tax Levies Adopting the final Ad Valorem tax levies for Fiscal Year 2025 for support of the City of Marietta governmental and public operations and debt service obligations.
