CALL TO ORDER: MINUTES: 20130577 Regular Meeting Minutes Review and approval of the April 29, 2013 Marietta Historic Board of Review Meeting Minutes BUSINESS: 20130613 54 Atlanta Street - Epic Automotive Services The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for a panel replacement on the existing pole sign. The 72" x 72" will be constructed out of a DiBond material with digital graphics laminated and applied to the first surface of DiBond. 20130615 54 Atlanta Street- Epic Automotive Services The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for a new projecting sign. The 24" x 36" aluminum sign will be attached to a 53" deluxe scroll bracket. Printed digital graphics will be laminated and applied to both sides of the sign. New paint on the wood around the entry door to 120 South Park Square the same color - white. 20130594 67-87 North Park Square The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for a five to six foot tall wooden gate (matching the current wooden fence) to allow access from the sidewalk into the property. A new landing and stairway will be added behind the gate and fence going down to a new wooden deck. 20130595 23-87 North Park Square and 85-89 Root Street (16-1218-2-038-0) (16-1218-20400) & (16-1218-20530) (16-1218-20540) The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for new paint on the door and wall (which are currently red-center right) and new paint for the lines and numbers in parking spaces; paint walls, door and trim the same color. 20130596 25 West Park Square (16-1218-3-007-0) The applicant is requesting a certificate of approval for a new roof, gutter, coping, cap, etc...and vent replacements. The roof membrane is either a 60 mil Johns Manville "white" TPO single-ply membrane system with a 20 year NDL warranty or a fibertite "white" TPO membrane system. Cap (front and rear), coping and gutter (rear) is dark bronze (from PAC-CLAD) Peterson Aluminum PAC-CLAD Color Chart). Vents will be replaced with new vents. Anchors will be decorative stars similar to anchors at 49 West Park Square. Removal of the old Theatre in the Square sign and to paint the wall beige, the door beige and the gas line in front of the wall beige. Paint the fire alarm (to the right of the front doors) bell, drain and fire hose connection to "Fire Engine" red. Pain the metal above the main windows on the first floor on the east and south sides of the building Sherwin Williams Copper Mountain SW 6356 P or a similar color in another brand. Repair or replace the window and window frames on the two sets of windows from the south east corner of the second floor fronting on Anderson Street. Replacement windows are double insulated low e-glass, and the frame will be the same or similar to the existing frame/s. This request is to replace one or all windows and frames. 20130598 5 Powder Springs Street (16-1218-4-001-0) The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for the same paint color (grey) on the metal to the left of the entry door. New paint on the exterior wall (already painted surfaces) same color (grey). 20130599 109 Anderson Street The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for a new roof, gutter, coping, cap etc... and vent replacements. The glass will be double insulated low -E glass and the frame will be anodized aluminum. Paint or adhesive lettering 30 S Park Square in gold with black highlight on transom above doors on side (see picture as currently exists on side.)
