A motion was made by Nash Paden, seconded by Worden, that this Minutes be Approved and Finalized. Park Sq. NE - Kish Lounge Applicant is requesting approval to remodel an existing sign by changing the color, adding lettering and replacing a broken light bulb. A motion was made by Worden, seconded by Walker, that this Certificate of Approval be Approved as Amended: to require that each side of the sign be less than 45 feet. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Vote: 7-0-0 20141077 113 N Park Square - Ye Olde Christmas and Candy Shoppe Dianne Murphy/Ye Olde Christmas and Candy Shoppe is requesting approval of lettering to be added to two black awnings (previously approved) at 113 North Park Square. A motion was made by Freedman, seconded by Fulmer, that this Certificate of Approval be Approved as Amended: to require a variance for the second sign. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Vote: 7-0-0 20141080 Dakota’s Boutique - 111 Church Street Request by Laurie Corwin-Snyder for a 36”x18” storefront sign positioned on the windows of 111 Church Street (Dakota’s Boutique). A motion was made by Worden, seconded by Walker, that this Certificate of Approval be Approved as Amended: to require a variance for two signs.
