A motion was made by Paden, seconded by Worden, that the Minutes be Approved and Finalized. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Vote: 7-0-0 Approved and Finalized BUSINESS: 20141359 31 Mill Street-31 Mill Street, LLC Applicant is requesting permission to install a pressure treated wood handicap ramp replacement due to deterioration and functional obsolescence. A motion was made by Freedman, seconded by Brown, that this Certificate of Approval be Approved and Finalized. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Vote: 7-0-0 Approved and Finalized 20141389 77 Church Street-Square Threads Applicant is seeking permission to replace the existing awning with a new awning in black canvas with white lettering.
