This discussion was requested by the HBR Chairman, Terry Lee and the following motion carried at the January 30, 2017 HBR meeting: A motion was made by Freedman, seconded by Lee, that this matter be Approved as Amended: To recommend to City Council that businesses making improvements costing less than fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the building be allowed to opt-in to the Historic Board of Review guidelines for the Central Business District with incentives to be determined.
