BUSINESS: 20180601 Rezoning Request - 550 Franklin Gateway Staff is requesting permission to advertise the rezoning of 550 Franklin Gateway from CRC (Community Retail Commercial) to PCD (Planned Commercial Development). 20180602 Revised Detailed Plan - Belaire Apartments (825 Powder Springs St) Discussion regarding the request by Belaire Apartments LLC to increase the number of units at 825 Powder Springs Street from 172 to 190 by finishing the basement level of three buildings. 20180608 Final Plat - The Registry Townhomes Review of the final plat for the development of twelve (12) townhomes at 249 Cherokee Street, zoned PRD-SF (Z2017-12). City of Marietta Page 1 Printed on 5/29/2018 12:51:33PM JUDICIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE Meeting Agenda May 30, 2018 20180517 Consideration of Discussion Items Forwarded to the Judicial Legislative Committee from the Special Called Meeting on Protocols and Procedures Discussions regarding existing Protocols: · Adding in writing that public hearing items would not appear on the consent agenda. · Adding that council members should be consulted/contacted, if practicable, prior to calling a special called meeting. · Adding that committee meetings would count as one meeting as it relates to phoning in for a meeting (the city attorney would investigate this matter). · Discussion regarding a code change that would allow new Council Members to appoint new members to city boards/commissions and to be on the same term as Council Members. · Discussion and consideration of amendment to 2006 Resolution regarding location of meetings and recording of same.
