Coyle, expiring May 13, 2019. 20190405 Marietta Development Authority Appointments Consideration of appointments to the Marietta Development Authority to fill the expiring terms of Judy E. Renfroe Post 6 and Mike Henderson Post 7, expiring May 16, 2019. The appointments will be for a 6-year term, expiring May 8, 2025. 20190289 Marietta Board of Zoning Appeals Board Attorney Consideration of appointment of the law firm Haynie, Litchfield & White, P.C. for the Marietta Board of Zoning Appeals for attorney services. Board of Zoning Appeals Recommends Approval: A motion was made by Mr. Lowman to approve the attorney services provided by Haynie, Litchfield & White. It was seconded by Ms. Kirkpatrick. The motion carried 5-0-0. Planning Commission Recommends Approval: Mr. Diffley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Davis, to recommend approval for the retention of attorney services from Haynie, Litchfield & White.
