Mr. Elliott has served on the Development Authority Board since September 1999. 20210406 City Employee Health Care Benefits Discussion regarding previously approved motion authorizing the Director of Human Resources to coordinate with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to eliminate cost shares for employee members if they received treatment for COVID-19 from doctors, hospitals, and other health care professionals from the start of the declaration of the national emergency by the President of the United States with an expiration date at the earlier of the end of the national emergency or on June 30, 2021, with a review to occur at the June 9, 2021, Council meeting.
