Request by Council Member Walker 20180827 962 Roswell Street Utility Variance Request for a motion authorizing a variance from the underground utilities ordinance to allow the installation of a new utility pole along the Dodd Street frontage of 962 Roswell Street to provide necessary vertical clearance for a utility service connection. No new overhead utility lines are requested as part of this variance. 20180834 513 Kent Terrace Fence Request for easement to allow fence on right of way. 20180835 N. Marietta Parkway Streetscape Improvements Request a motion to authorize submission of a GDOT TAP funding application for N. Marietta Pkwy streetscape improvements project. 20180854 Maple Avenue at Cleburne Avenue Rapid Flashing Beacon Request for consideration of a motion authorizing the installation of a rapid flashing beacon pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Cleburne Avenue using Ward 3 traffic safety funds.
