Requested by Councilmember Morris 20181172 Franklin Gateway Utilities Consideration of a motion authorizing a variance from the Underground Utilities ordinance to allow the installation of fiber to be over lapsed on existing fiber along Franklin Gateway from Kingston Court to the first existing pole on the north side of Rottenwood Creek. This motion does not grant a perpetual variance. Zayo Fiber Solutions must relocate underground at their expense if other utilities at the location are moved underground.
