This motion does not grant a perpetual variance. Marietta Power must relocate underground at their expense if other utilities at the location are moved underground. Fee parking with participating vendors redeeming parking fee for customer against contemporaneous purchase 2. Free evening and weekend 3. Latest smart technology for gates. 4. Make interior friendly for hosting farmers market, chalk fest and other outdoor events during inclement weather 5.
