Requested by Council Member Cheryl Richardson 20210725 Donation of Right-of-Way Proposed Donation of Right-of-Way at Fort Street. 20210726 Kennesaw Avenue Utilities - 1GW48102N Consideration of a motion authorizing a variance from the Underground Utilities ordinance to allow the installation of fiber to be over lashed on existing fiber and requiring the removal of all duplicate utility poles where AT&T is “next to transfer” along Kennesaw Avenue, Nelson Street, Atwood Drive, Talcott Circle, and Keeler Woods Drive. This motion does not grant a perpetual variance. AT&T must relocate underground at their expense if other utilities at these locations are moved underground. 20210719 2021 Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program Grant Application Approval to submit a grant application to the 2021 Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program for Rottenwood Creek Trail Phase 1 construction funding. 20210572 Speed Detection Radar on City Streets Discussion of which streets Police are authorized to use radar on for speed detection.
