Public Hearing Required 20230813 Proposed Code Amendment to the Floodplain Management/Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance The purpose of this code revision is to update our Floodplain Management/Flood Damage Prevention ordinance to conform with the model ordinance used for Class 7 communities as drafted by National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The revision concerns section 7-8-10-050 (B) (5) (b) (2) by deleting the word “either” in #b and deleting option #2. The remainder of the ordinance will remain unchanged.
