Per order of City Council President Ossing UNFINISHED BUSINESS: From Finance Committee 1. Order No. 23-1009021: Order in proper form and a Transfer Request in the amount of $2,000,000.00 from Undesignated Fund (Free Cash) to Richer School Feasibility Study Fund to be used for the feasibility study phase of the MA School Building Authority's (MSBA) process. Recommendation of the Finance Committee is to APPROVE. On motion by Councilor Perlman, seconded by Chair, the committee voted 5-0 to approve the order and transfer. From City Council 2. Order No. 22/23-1008691B: Mayoral Veto relative to the Acceptance of Gikas Lane as a Public Way. Action postponed at the December 18, 2023, City Council meeting to the next City Council meeting. 3. Order No. 22/23-1008721N: Mayoral Veto relative to Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 650 "Zoning", relative to Definitions, Affordable Housing, and the Downtown Village District (MV). Action postponed at the December 18, 2023, City Council meeting to the next City Council meeting. Electronic devices, including laptops, cell phones, pagers, and PDAs must be turned off or put in silent mode upon entering the City Council Chamber, and any person violating this rule shall be asked to leave the chamber. Express authorization to utilize such devices may be granted by the President for recordkeeping purposes.
