The purpose of the hearing will be to determine whether a dog is a nuisance pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 140, Section 157. The dog resides at 36 Fitchburg Street, Marlborough and is owned by Steven Frias and the description of the dog: - “King” Male, | year old canine, black and tan German Shepard Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
