The purpose of the hearing will be to determine whether a dog is a nuisance or dangerous pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 140, Section 157. The dog resides at 44 Park Street, Apt# 302, Marlborough and is owned by Kelly Averill and the description of the dog: - “Stella” Female American Staffordshire, color Brown and White Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
