CITY OF MARLBOROUGH OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AS CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE ISSUING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAING REGARDING THE RENEWAL OF CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE OF COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT, LLC Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. Marlborough City Hall (Mayor's Conference Room, 4th Floor) 140 Main Street, Marlborough MA 01752 The City of Marlborough will hold a public hearing regarding the Renewal Cable License of Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC (formerly Comcast of Massachusetts I) ("Comcast"), Inc. on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. at the Marlborough City Hall (Mayor's Conference Room), Marlborough, MA 01752 Subject to final review and consideration, it is anticipated that the City, by and through its Mayor, as Cable Television Licensing Authority, will subsequently approve a final Renewal License Agreement document and issue a Renewal License to Comcast. The public is invited to attend, pose questions and/or comment. The public hearing is being held pursuant to Massachusetts Cable Law (Chapter 166A, Section 13 of the General Laws) and the Massachusetts cable license renewal regulations at 207 C.M.R. 3.05, as well as 626(h) of the federal Cable Act (47 USC Section 546(h) and any other applicable laws, regulations and requirements regarding the renewal of the cable television license. A copy of the proposed Renewal License to be considered at the hearing will be available for review and download at marlborough-ma.gov and is available for review and/or copying at a reasonable fee from the office of the Mayor at Marlborough City Hall, 4th Floor.
