Meeting Minutes Special Meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD of the Village of Marquette Green Lake County, Wisconsin was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2025 6:00 pm at the Village Hall. Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm by President Cybul Roll call: President- Art Cybul -present Clerk-Susan Geraldi-present Trustee- Peter Michalos-present Trustee-Tony Deiss-present Treasurer-Paula Gilbertson-absent Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Laws was reviewed and notices were posted in all Kiosks, Village Hall and on the Village website. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Trustee Deiss and seconded by Trustee Michalos, Motion passed. (unanimous) Organizational Meeting: The Village of Marquette Organizational Chart will be updated to include all Trustee’s on certain duties. Motion to approve the updates was made by trustee Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (unanimous) BOR Training: All members viewed the Training Video and took the BOR 2025 exam. Motion to adjourn was made by Trustee Michalos and seconded by Trustee Deiss at 7:10 pm. Motion passed. (unanimous) Arthur A.
