CITY OF MARSHALL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Thursday, November 17, 2022 The special meeting of the Common Council of the City of Marshall was held November 17, 2022, at City Hall, 344 West Main Street. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 A.M. by Mayor Robert Byrnes. In addition to Byrnes the following members were in attendance: Amanda Schroeder, John DeCramer, and Russ Labat. Absent: Steve Meister, Craig Schafer, and James Lozinski. Staff present included: Steven Anderson, City Clerk. Canvass Election Results from November 8, 2022 The Abstract of Votes Cast at the General Election held November 8, 2022, that was provided by the Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer was reviewed and found to be correct. Motion was made by Councilmember Labat, seconded by Councilmember Schroeder to certify the names of the candidates receiving votes and the number of votes received by each candidate. All voted in favor. The motion Carried. 4-0. Adjourn At 8:10 A.M., a motion was made by Councilmember DeCramer, seconded by Councilmember Labat to adjourn the special meeting. Mayor Attest: City Clerk
