Ways and Means Committee

-UNAPPROVED- MINUTES WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MEETING February 8, 2022 City Hall, Camden Room, 344 West Main Street MEMBERS PRESENT: John DeCramer, Russ Labat, Don Edblom STAFF PRESENT: Kyle Box, City Clerk The meeting was called to order by Chairman DeCramer at 1:30 PM. DeCramer asked for approval of the November 2 , 2021 minutes of the Ways and Means committee Meeting. MOTION BY Labat, SECONDED BY Edblom to approve the November 2, 2021 minutes of the Ways and Means committee. All voted in favor. Chairman DeCramer asked for discussion on Fire Department Scholarship. City Clerk Kyle Box provided the background information on the Fire Department Scholarships. The Committee agreed that the fund was in a good position to call for application to be received. MOTION BY Labat, SECONDED BY Edblom to call for Fire Department Scholarship applications until April 1, 2022. All voted in favor. Chairman DeCramer asked for discussion on Liquor License Fees. City Clerk Kyle Box provided current and draft information to be reviewed by the Ways and Means Committee as information only at this time. The Committee ask for complete information to be provided at the Fee Schedule meeting to be reviewed one final time in 2022. MOTION BY Labat, SECONDED BY Edblom to adjourn the meeting.
