Motion to move into executive session, pursuant to section 105 (1)(f) of the Public
Officers Law of the state of New York, at 9:30 am.
Moved by Charles Raiti – Seconded by Mark Ryan, All in Favor
Motion to move out of executive session at 11:00 am.

Motion to adjourn at 11:02 am.
