Town Board Minutes February 13, 2019 MINUTES Special Town Council Meeting Date/Time: February 13, 2019 @ 4:00 PM Location: Massena Town Hall, Room 30 ATTENDANCE: MEMBER PRESENT ABSENT Supervisor Steve O’Shaughnessy X Councilman Albert Nicola X Councilman Thomas Miller X Councilman Samuel Carbone, Jr. X Councilwoman Melanie Cunningham X Others In Attendance: Eric Gustafson, Town Attorney; Members of the Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers [David LaClair, Doctors Daye, Maresca and Bakirtzian; Michael Cook, Paul Morrow (via Phone). Dr. Bakirtzian arrived at 4:55 PM.] Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:12 PM. Executive Session: At 4:13 PM, Councilman Miller motioned, seconded by Councilwoman Cunningham, to conduct an Executive Session to discuss the financial and contractual issues with the Hospital. Hospital Board members and Town Attorney Gustafson were allowed into the Executive Session. Motion for Executive Session approved unanimously. Town Council to adjourn at 5:55 PM.
